• The attendance on the report cards reflect absences for every BCSD school the student has attended this year.

• Please place the "Teacher's Copy" of the report card in the cume folder for students who are leaving your school so that it can be forwarded on to the new school..  

Please do this right now if you are going to reprint report cards or if you are going to enter grades:   On the menu toolbar (where you see File, Edit, View, Favorites and Tools) click on Tools, then select Internet Options.  In the middle of the Internet Options box to the right, click on the Settings button.  Select "Every visit to the page", then click Ok twice.  Exit out of Internet Explorer, then come back in (you only have to do all of this once).

Because so many users need to enter grades at the same time, we have noticed that every once in awhile there is a bottle neck on the system.  When this happens, you will receive a message that instructs you to click your Back button and then click Submit again.   This may take up to 4 tries.  

Common Question:

Do I have to click the Submit button for each section while entering a student's grades?
   

Answer:  No.  You can wait until you enter all of the grades for one student and then click the Submit button once.  If you have entered all of the grades, the student's button will turn green after you click on  another student's name.

Important note regarding Netscape:  The report card program is a Windows-based program and works well with Internet Explorer.  Netscape is not supported by the report card program and problems have been reported by teachers using Netscape.
