Having
problems printing, odd errors or blank report cards?
You
need to install Acrobat
Reader.
If you can read the TAB on the Internet, or
if you can read the Job Opportunities on the Internet, then you already
have Acrobat Reader on your computer. Click on the link to the right to
download Acrobat Reader...it's free.
If you are asked any questions that you are unsure of, please call ext.
14848 for assistance.

Please do this right
now if you are going to be printing report cards: On the menu toolbar (where you see
File, Edit, View, Favorites and Tools) click on Tools, then select Internet
Options. In the middle of the Internet Options box to the right,
click on the Settings button. Select "Every visit to
the page", then click Ok twice. Exit out of Internet
Explorer, then come back in (you only have to do all of this once).
You
can order your report cards through Store Stock:
English:
30-0-317
Spanish:
30-0-318
The pre-printed
report card forms have the "grade key" for the parents to
refer to. The blank side is where you'll print the report
card. Both versions are white this year. |

Spanish
Version:
-
If
you select the Spanish version and then click the Print Class
button, only the students who have a 01 in the Lng at Home
field on the enrollment screen will receive a Spanish report
card.
-
If
you attempt to print a Spanish version report card for an
individual student and the report card
is blank, then check the Lng at Home field. There must
be a 01 in that field. If you just put the 01 in that field
today,
you must wait until tomorrow to print the report card. The updating of
that field for the report cards is an overnight process.
-
To
create a report for your teachers to show who isn't coded correctly
in the Lng at Home field with the "01 - Spanish is Spoken in the
Home", use DFQUIZ. You can Cut and Paste the
individual lines (in
blue) below to
create your reports. Please call I.T. if you need
assistance. If you have to change a 00 to 01 on an enrollment
record, please remember that this is an overnight process and the Spanish
report card cannot be printed until the day after the change is made.
