Printing Instructions For Report Cards That Will Go Home to the Parents

1. With the blank report cards in the printer, click on the Printer Icon for Acrobat Reader (not the one for Internet Explorer...look at the toolbar directly above the report card).

2. Look at the Preview picture.  Is the paper and landscape setting correct?
   Legal is 14 across, 8.5 down

3. To change the above settings, next to the Printer Name, click the Properties button.

4. Under the Paper/Quality tab, click the Advanced button.

5. Change the Paper Size to Legal.  Click OK.  

6. Under the Layout tab, click Landscape.  Click OK.

7. Now look at the Preview picture.   Be sure it's correct before you click the OK button.
